Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QORA platform ("QORA", the "Service") and the website at qoraguard.com (the "Site"), provided by Zafronix LLC ("Zafronix", "we", "us"), a Wyoming, USA limited liability company. By accessing or using the Service or Site, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
For a signed enterprise agreement or order form, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
1. The Service
QORA is an AI security-operations platform that analyzes camera feeds to detect events and manage incidents, deployable at the edge, in the cloud, or hybrid. We may update, improve, or modify features over time.
2. Accounts & access
You are responsible for your account, for keeping access credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Access is limited to authorized users. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at qora@zafronix.com.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or to violate the rights of others; (b) attempt to breach security, probe, or disrupt the Service; (c) reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted; (d) use the Service to harass, stalk, discriminate against, or unlawfully surveil individuals; or (e) upload malware or infringing content.
4. Your content & responsibilities
You retain ownership of the video, configuration, and other content you provide ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide and secure the Service. You are responsible for the legality of your cameras' placement and recording, for providing any required notices to individuals, and for your use of outputs.
5. Lawful & ethical use of analytics
Sensitive analytics — including any facial recognition or other biometric processing — are disabled by default and must be explicitly enabled by an authorized administrator, per customer and site. If you enable such features, you represent that you have a lawful basis and have provided all notices and obtained all consents required by applicable law (including biometric-privacy laws such as BIPA and GDPR Article 9). QORA surfaces potential matches for human review and does not take automated adverse action against individuals; you are responsible for any decisions you make.
6. Third-party cameras & services
QORA integrates with third-party cameras, bridges, and services (e.g., IP/RTSP/ONVIF devices, Ring, Reolink, mapping and email providers). Your use of those is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party products.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, Site, software, models, and QORA and Zafronix marks are owned by Zafronix and its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Fees
Paid features are billed as set out in an order form or plan. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI DETECTIONS ARE PROBABILISTIC AND MAY BE INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT; QORA IS A DECISION-SUPPORT TOOL AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR HUMAN JUDGMENT OR EMERGENCY SERVICES.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAFRONIX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Zafronix against claims arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, including claims related to your enabling of sensitive analytics.
12. Term & termination
These Terms apply while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk to the Service, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
